Events of the last few days make it clear that the world is grappling with an issue of enormous scale
and impact. Our thoughts go out to every person and business who has been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the economic disruption.
After a serious discussion this evening the Board of Directors decided to postpone the annual banquet until a later date. Following the recommendations in the Governors Civil Emergency declaration. This was a difficult decision because of the importance our annual banquet holds to guides around the state, their families, our friends and supporters. Your Board of Directors felt that the health of those attending is too important to even consider taking a risk.
While at this moment we do not have a date or place for the rescheduled event, know that is in our plans. We wanted you to know immediately of this important change. If you have already paid for a ticket or table we will hold your place for the coming event without you doing anything. If you would like us to return your money please e-mail Jaye Parker with that request.
